We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, as we have relatives nearby. The staff here was absolutely top-notch. They were not only friendly and courteous, but also went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. We especially appreciated the staff at the Lucca Bar, where breakfast was served. They were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to start our day off right.

The hotel's proximity to the airport and the city center made it perfect for business trips. Despite some minor issues with the service, I would recommend this hotel for a quick stay. Stayed in a modern and clean hotel with a great location, near two malls and important business areas. The friendly staff was always welcoming and accommodating during our city break. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable bed and large TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, the lack of proper maintenance and poor service were noticeable. We encountered issues with noisy and malfunctioning A/C units, as well as delay in services such as assistance with calling cabs and delivering packages to the room.

The hotel has a modern design and the rooms are spacious and clean. Its location is ideal for business as it is only 15 minutes away from both the airport and the city center. The two malls within walking distance were very convenient for shopping.

It took forever to call a cab and the front desk staff was unable to deliver my parcel to the room. Outside phone calls had to go through the front desk which was inconvenient.
